Decorated Merchandise Policy

All decorated merchandise is considered a final product and is a final sale.  Because each item is customized specifically for the customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once decoration has been applied.

We take great care to inspect all garments and materials before and during production. Our team does its best to identify and remove items with visible defects prior to decoration. However, we cannot guarantee the quality or consistency of garments provided by manufacturers.

Customer‑Provided Items

We welcome personal items for decoration, but please note:

• We cannot guarantee results on customer‑supplied garments or materials.

• Some fabrics or items may react unpredictably to embroidery, screen printing, heat pressing, or other decoration methods.

• Graphic Reflections is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement if a customer‑provided item is damaged during the decoration process.

By submitting personal items for decoration, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

Quality Assurance

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an error in decoration caused by our production process (incorrect spelling, wrong placement, wrong logo, etc.), we will correct the issue on items we supply. This guarantee does not apply to customer‑provided items.
